COMANDRTHYANN, also known as THY-ANN and COMANDR was born August 10, 1989, in the city of Lagos Nigeria but hails from OBUDU in Cross River State, on her maternal tree she hails from OKRIKA in Rivers State Nigeria. She began her professional Career as a single act in 2010. She worked with quite a number of notable producers which includes J'mo, Tony Tonero, Omari D, Darice Etang, late Dr Franz,  Oba K-Solo, Jokayne, Don Adah, Late OJB Jazreel, Ex-O Magege, and most recently MajorKlassic.

The late Nomoreloss was her mentor and they played together many times at Rodizzo Lounge many years ago, where he fine-tuned her Jazz sound and groomed her to be the Jazz Singer she is today.

She has Graced so many stages that hosted Great Artists like Ikeja Easter Mega Jam that hosted the likes of Tuface, reminisce etc, at Calabar Carnival 2013 she performed with a live band that featured Top Pianists Precious and Hillary. Other artists that Graced the Event included Banky W, Bez, Niniola, and a host of other Great acts. She had performed at many Sophisticated and exclusive events and weddings before getting married and even after having her 2 Beautiful Kids Anastasia and Ariel.

COMANDRTHYANN released many singles and collaborations with Amazing acts like Dizzy, Spyro(Spyro Phreeze), and Damien One(Formerly Paparazzi)- GO HUG TRANSFORMER, produced by Darice Etang. Other Songs includes, Hypnotize me, Party Party, Stay, Superstar, Let's Get Down, Ololufe, Cook The Mystery and the list Goes on.

COMANDRTHYANN is also known for her philanthropic activities, Empowering women and Girl Child and also Feeding the streets under umbrellas such as TGISCHURCH (TGISEMPOWERMENT), LISAIM, IPSPJUN-OYO etc. She recently recovered from a Major Health challenge and is Back to Re-inventing her Music career with the release of her First EP Titled: TRANSFORMATION. Songs featured in the EP include: DANCE WITH ME, BE MINE, COOK THE MYSTERY, CELEBRATION, HAPPY, and PLAY. This EP features a cocktail of Jazz, RnB and POP. MajorKLASSIC produced five of them except Cook The Mystery which was produced by EX-O and mastered by MajorKLASSIC.
